Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Our Shipment partners are Austrian Post, FedEx, and DHL Express.
For Express shipments, we either use FedEx or DHL Express; if you prefer one carrier over the other, please write a note. We can not guarantee that we use your shipping company of choice.
All items are fully trackable and require a signature.
We are currently only offering Flat Shipping Rates. Please look below for specific shipping rates.
We are offering free worldwide shipment (Standard) on orders over €300. For countries with no standard shipping method, express costs are half when the order size is above €300. For example, regular express rates to Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates are €64.99 per shipment, but above €300 order value, express shipping fees are €32.45. This promotion is also valid to all outside EU shipments till further notice.
If your country is listed as express only, and you wish a standard shipping method, please contact us.
Order processing may take up to 2 (two) business days (except Austrian public holidays).
We are currently not able to ship to PO (post office) boxes or forwarding agents.
International Shipping
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers' responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying. Usually, these charges are collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
For UK buyers: If the shipment value (item and shipping fees) is below £135, VAT (20%) will be included in the final price. Thus, no additional expenses need to be paid upon arrival. If the shipment value exceeds £135, VAT (20%) (from the shown price) will be excluded. Therefore, buyers do not have to pay 20% VAT; meaning a 16.67% discount will be granted. However, VAT (20%), applicable duties, and brokerage fees will be collected by the shipping/freight company upon arrival. This fee(s) is/are not included in the price. The buyer is solely liable to pay (additional) VAT, applicable duties, and brokerage fees.
Shipping times
Shipping times vary based on the method of choice. Please keep in mind; the provided days have to be seen as a guide only. Shipment times may change due to unforeseen events like; weather, strikes, customs, or public holidays. Please contact us if the shipment has not arrived 10 (ten) working days after the last expected shipment date.
